Salon Etiquette
To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following etiquette when visiting Beautifully Gorgeous Hair & Beauty:
1. Appointment Timeliness
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to provide you with the full-service time and prevents delays for other clients. If you're running late, please give us a call, but note that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you're more than 15 minutes late.
2. Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to open up the time slot for other clients.
3. Personal Belongings
While we take utmost care, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times.
4. Cell Phone Use
To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you silence or turn off your cell phone during your service.
5. Service Satisfaction
If you're unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We strive for your satisfaction and will do our best to address your concerns.
6. Gratuities
While not required, gratuities are appreciated. If you wish to leave a tip for your stylist or therapist, you can do so at the reception desk.
7. Children in the Salon
For safety reasons and to maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that children only visit the salon if they have an appointment.
8. Health Conditions
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might impact your service when booking your appointment.
